Pursuant to article 96, paragraph 1, b) of the Securities Market Code, approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2009 of July 24. It is hereby announced that on October 23, 2018, at 3:00 p.m., at the premises of the Stock Exchange of Mozambique, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held to determine the results of the Issuance of Treasury Bonds 2018 Series 10.

According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds, the demand was 3,285,000,000.00 MZN, and the respective interest rates stood between 16.000% and 22.000%, the demand and supply ratio was 468,29%, according to the cut-off rate of the State, the value of the issue was 785,000,000.00 million MZN.
