The Stock Exchange of Mozambique in the use of its competence , enshrined in article 96 of the Securities Market Code, approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2009, of 24 July and in articles 21 and 22 of Regulation no. 04 / GPCABVM / 2014, of 17 October, makes public that a special stock exchange session will be held at the Mozambican Stock Exchange (BVM), on the 22nd of December 2020, at 3 pm the results of direct subscription by Specialized Treasury Bond Operators (OEOT), of:

• 2,600.00 million MZN, related to the 2nd reopening of Treasury Bonds 2020 - 9th Series (OT-2020 - 9S);
